About the meetings of ASEP
In order to know the progress, we had meetings twice a week, every Mondays and Wednesdays. And we also chatted online to make discussions about our projects.
Following were some important meetings we had during the process of making this program.
At first, we checked the members and found our topic about this project with okisho students, and our decision was “global climate change”.

We工作分配 ,and separate in four teams

11/19
We discussed about how we were going to make the presentation. (The first time)
First, we would explain what global climate change means. Next, the four teams started to report in orders, climate goes first, and about the effects of economic, biologic and health.

Talk about the conclusion-The New World Orders.
We tried to talk about such things like where the importance of new world orders and how can we change it.
Then we discussed about how we were going to make the presentation again and change the old ideas a little. (The second time)

Handled things about the questionnaire and the interview.
Discussed about how we were going to make the presentation again and added a short play to our presentation. (The third time)

Have desktop videoconferencing with our partners in Japan this time. It was such an interesting activity.

Made a lantern and worked with okisho on this project.

We handed out the two lanterns , also we kept discussing about our whole project. Besides, we had a rehearsal.

It’s show time!
I believed that during this working activity, all of us learned a lot, and this was sure to be a valuable experience in our lives.
